Ashudeep Kaur Chadha (Chief Executive Officer)
She is the CEO and the founder of ODA, handling business at multi-locations in multi cities across the globe. She has over 16+ years of experience in Business and Office Management, Customer Management, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Process expertise and Execution Compliance and Risk Management.
She was one of the founder members of eBusinessware and worked in the capacity of Managing partner and Managing Director for 14 years before the company was led to a strategic sale. She also helped in incubation of Adglobal360 and Mediagility prior to taking full time responsibility of ODA.
She has been instrumental in managing in house team of Technical and Business staff and enterprise clients in BFSI domain.
Ashu did her postgraduation with M.Phil and was adjudged the All Rounder Organizer at the National Youth Conference in year 1985.
Ripu Daman Bhardwaj (Chief Operating Officer)
He is an alumnus of IIT Bombay and has more than 24 years of extensive experience out of which he has spent more than 10 years in Europe.
He has been involved in Large scale IT Project Execution. He has worked with Credit Suisse at Zurich, Singapore and Pune in Outsourcing Division and played a key role in setting up of captive center of Credit Suisse in India.
Project led by him won first place in ASP Innovation category Award in Hannover, Germany in 2003.
Daniel Wing (Chief Strategy Officer)
Dan is an experienced business and technology professional, having worked in credit and market risk management and finance for the past 25 years. He spent more than seven years in two turns at AIG in New York, initially managing project managers and business analysts supporting Enterprise Market and Credit Risk technology projects; and then designing, implementing and managing the first online firm wide credit risk reporting system for the firm’s CCRO. More recently he rejoined to manage the reengineering of the reporting front-end using BI technology. In between Dan spent four years at JPMorgan Chase managing and helping to reengineer and automate Wholesale Credit Risk exposure and industry limit monitoring; production of quarterly wholesale credit metric for inclusion in public disclosures; designing, developing and running the first Corporate Loan Data Schedule for FR Y-14Q reporting; and working for the Commercial Bank’s Risk Reporting team on various internal management and external regulatory reporting projects.
Dan has also worked for a financial software company managing consulting teams, providing pre-sales support for risk application presentations, and consulting on post-sales implementations of global Market Risk Management/VaR systems; playing a primary consulting and business development role with a start-up financial consulting company with a focus on credit counterparty data management; and in a variety of sales, research and operational support roles in his early career at JPMorgan.
Dan holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Colgate University.
Gagan Arora (Director – IT and Head – Offshore Delivery Centre)
Gagan is a dynamic leader with over 16 years of IT career reflecting pioneering experience in designing, implementing and managing business solutions for domains including Insurance, Finance, Investment Banking and Sports Data Management.
He is PMP Certified with a history of leadership, strategic planning, and delivery effectiveness with focus on developing customer-centric technological applications and delivery execution.
He is globally involved in the overall success of ODA’s current products & project offerings. He spearheads various activities with the assistance of large teams, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working as the IT Director & Offshore Delivery Centre Head Role, responsible to provide leadership, direction and oversight to the Software Development, Process Improvements and Business As Usual Initiatives at Offshore Delivery Centre.
Gagan holds a Master degree in computers from Department of Electronics (India) and Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
Jagadishwaran R Iyer (Chief People Officer)
Popularly called as Jags Iyer is responsible for ODA’S human capital management globally.
He has over 2 decades of rewarding experience in managing human resources functions. He has played several key roles in his career span in various IT services and product organizations. He has a MBA from University of Wales and his core competencies include Performance & Career Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Global Mobility, Resource Management, Due Diligence for Merger & Acquisitions, HR Analytics and Mentoring.
He was instrumental in creating robust process, procedures and policies that resulted in significant improvement in retention levels at MGL. He established recruiting and staffing services organization @ Mentorware which resulted in self-sustaining revenue model. Prior to joining ODA, he was President of India Operations at C-SAM – A MasterCard company and also played a role of Global VP – HR. He was one of the key players at C-SAM during MasterCard’s due-diligence process prior and post-acquisition. He established defined set of operational process that resulted in exceptional global mobility program thus helping business grow at all times. His top of the agenda at all times is to continually improve employees’ relations and engagement. He helps organizations build on their capability and provide necessary mentorship for next level leaders.
Ed Delaporte (Business Unit Head SME)
Ed is a customer-oriented, servant-leader who has a long track record of success in information technology management. Ed has worked for large multinational organizations such as Electrolux, UTC Sundstrand and Chicago Bridge and Iron, and for midsized companies like Gehl, Woods Equipment and Horizon Hobby. He has experience in manufacturing, distribution, marketing, business development, retail, consumer goods, aviation, sUAV’s (drones), oil and gas, engineering - procurement and construction (EPC), and agriculture. Prior to managing IT departments, Ed held roles as a software engineer, a project leader, a programmer / analyst and a systems administrator.
Ed has successfully built-out and operated off-shore development centers in multiple businesses, and understands the process and the keys to a successful implementation. He brings this experience and knowledge to his customers, helping to ensure their success.
Ed holds a Master’s of Science in Information Technology Management from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Amit Chawla (Director - APAC)
Amit joined the sales team in the year 2007. He has played a significant role in developing business with new clients along with re-generating the business with old clients.
While his stay in India, Amit had set up a strong business practice with RBS, Credit Suisse (Non IT), Macquarie Bank. From Sr. Account Specialist to Director Operations, the journey has been full of learnings, new challenges, exposure to different markets of the world.
Amit is currently stationed in Singapore to manage the entire APAC market. His new initiatives were to setup the US business operations and now actively involved in setting up the base and business operations in the European markets.
Vinay Toomu (Director - Strategy)
Vinay has 17 years of experience working in Information Technology industry majorly in the Financial Advisory Technologies,
Most recently, Vinay was a Program Manager for East Coast Operations for a fast growing firm Tamarac, where he built a large team of Operations resources and Implementation Associates enabling year-over-year growth of 60%.
He has also worked with Charles Schwab advising Schwab's top 500 institutional clients on Business optimization using people, process and technology. Vinay has an M.S in Computer Science from George Mason University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Jatin Data (Director - US Recruitment)
Jatin has 10 years of experience in managing operations for distinguished clients such as RBS, Sunlife Financials, JPMC, Deutsche, PWC, and Teradata
He has been instrumental in establishing ODA’s international footprint in new markets such as USA, UK, Singapore and Philippines along with India.
He has played a pivotal role in ODA’s global recruitment portfolio and is currently responsible for business development initiatives in India and UK.
Lars Frutig (Director Business Development DACH)
Lars has a rich business know how in Business Development, Marketing and Branding within different industries out of which he has spend more than 14 years in the IT industry.
He has profound experience in customer relations and partner management, IT outsourcing and in contract and project management and in depth cultural experience of working across different locations, multiple client sites across the globe. He has worked with UBS, Indian IT Company Ramco Systems and handled various responsibilities in different marketing consulting companies.
Lars holds postgraduate degrees in Marketing, Cloud Computing and Business Intelligence from SAWI and FHNW and was member of various awarded ICT solutions and communication campaigns.
Arun Khanna-ODA Partner (Managing Director - Infoplum)
Arun is one of pre-eminent multimedia designers having previously won the AIMIA award for production and design excellence. He is a qualified Industrial Designer from the prestigious National Institute of Design in India.
He was instrumental in consolidating the design and technical strengths of infolplum® and forged a new direction - to produce value-added products and concepts like Matchlets™, Sportlets, Smartlets and other Sports Datacasting products, smart phone applications and services in the multimedia field.
Trevor George-ODA PARTNER (Technical and R&D Director - Infoplum)
Trevor is responsible for technical development and management of the overall operations of the core team covering data capture, databases and distribution.
With more than 20 years experience with every aspect of multimedia delivery Trevor is an invaluable contributor and leader for the Technical/production teams.
Dipti Raman-ODA PARTNER (Director - Avati Solutions)
Dipti has over 21 years of experience in consulting, product development and implementation of strategic product programs.
She has worked with Oracle, Reveleus, CITIL and Aptivaa Consulting in the past. She Holds a post graduate diploma in business management from IIM(A).
Jignesh Kamdar-ODA PARTNER (Director - Avati Solutions)
Jignesh has over 14 years of experience in risk management function for financial services industry and specializes in providing consulting to banks for their key risk programs.
He has worked with Deloitte Consulting, ICICI Bank, and Standard & Poor's, India in the past.
He is a Chartered Accountant with a post graduate in management from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, India.
Sandeep Singh (Managing Partner)
Sandeep heads the US office and has global business development and delivery responsibility across ODA. He has extensive experience delivering IT solutions within diverse industries - including financial services which has been a major area of focus. He has designed and delivered solutions for trading and risk management, front/middle office operations, wealth and asset management to clients like Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Prudential and Fidelity Investments.
Formerly, as a Partner at eBusinessware Inc and a Director at Collaborative Consulting, he offered management consultancy services and managed product portfolios comprising legacy EOL applications as well as modern cloud based SaaS solutions - QuestionnaireHub, CreditDimensions, SpreadBot, Iris ITM etc. Having successfully brought several products and solutions to the market, he continues to add IP led solutions to the spectrum of ODA’s services.
Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala (India).
