Been with ODA for 3 years and I must say the team has been nothing short of amazing. During the COVID situation, while other companies were downsizing and giving pay cuts, ODA not only retained 99% of its employees but also went ahead with the annual appraisal on the basis of employee performance, like nothing changed. Apart from this, ODA management has been continuously working on creating an environment which helps us maintain the work-life balance. We have had regular talks by experts, health tips and fun activities organized so that we don’t get glued to our desks at home. The HR team has been extremely supportive and they take utmost care. I am extremely fortunate to be a part of ODA and hoping for many more glorious years ahead.

Working with ODA and it’s clients has been an incredible experience of learning, excelling and growing in the professional & investment banking space. My association with ODA since three years (which I am sure will last much longer) has been fulfilling in every aspect. The leadership & administration are co-operative, supportive, engaging & always available to help in all our challenges. The way ODA conducted itself; especially during the pandemic over 2020-21 is truly an ideal example of how employee friendly culture in the organisation is, while it continued to serve the client(s) as expected in spite of several unforeseen challenges. I am happy to have been part of ODA for so long and wish this symbiotic & fulfilling relationship to flourish.
